Event Rental Questions

Planning an event should be exciting, not overwhelming. At Marquee Tents & Events, we want to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. That's why we've answered the most common questions about our rentals, services, and event solutions.

How far in advance should I book a rental?

We recommend booking your rentals as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like spring and summer. A few weeks to a few months in advance is ideal, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

What areas do you deliver to?

We’re based in Fayetteville, GA, and proudly serve Fayette County and the surrounding counties. If you’re not sure if we cover your area, just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to help!

Do you handle the setup and breakdown?

We ALWAYS set up and break down our tents to ensure they are installed safely and correctly for the safety of your guests. Tables, chairs, and other accessories are delivered to a secure location and are set up by the event organizers. We can accommodate the setup and breakdown of the entire event as long as it is agreed upon before your event.

What size tents do you offer?

We offer versatile high peak frame tents, including our popular 20x20 option. The right size depends on the number of guests, seating arrangement, and overall space. Reach out, and we’ll help you determine the best tent for your event.

Can I rent tables, chairs, or linens separately?

All of our items, including tables, chairs, linens, and accessories, can be rented individually or bundled into custom packages. Whether you need just a few items or everything for your event, we’re here to make it easy.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Our tents are built to handle a variety of weather conditions, and we’ll work with you to ensure your event goes off without a hitch. We recommend having a backup plan for severe weather, and we’re happy to advise on solutions to keep your guests comfortable.

Is there a minimum rental order?

We don’t require a minimum order, and our standard rental period covers the duration of your event. If you need items for an extended period, just let us know, and we’ll make it work for you.

How do I reserve my rentals?

It’s simple! Add your rentals into the shopping carts and input all the necessary information (Name, event date, location, etc). Once this information is processed and your 25% deposit has been submitted, your rentals will be reserved. If you prefer to contact us, you can click “Get a Quote” at the top of the page to give us details about your event, or give us a call at,and we’ll gladly walk you through the process.
